Works well overall. The color is more of a very light silver than the typical silver tint of stainless steel. Some imperfections that are not critical for me but maybe for you: Flatheads have residual metal defects from production resulting in very small beads (4mm). or smaller, depending on inner hole size) may not sit flat, but if that is not the size of your work, then no problem for you. The bases of the circles are not centered in relation to the pen itself, some of them are fused at the very edge, reminiscent of the mirrors used by the dentist. Note: Don't do what I did and don't open it if it's upside down; These don't make good pickup play! Much sadness.
