So cute but needs idiotic guidance
It looks stylish and was a good find for me as an animal rights activist because I only wanted faux leather and no fabric that could contain dust mites or get dirty easily. I plan to use it for the occasional houseguest, some of whom are quite heavy, so I'm hoping the 400-pound load capacity spec is correct. I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn't had all the trouble understanding the text assembly instructions and schematics. It took me (and later my brother) a long time to fix everything. How difficult would it be for a company to create a very clear and very simple YouTube video showing what is where in this particular model? If you have an engineer's mindset, this doesn't apply.
