I am very sensitive to fragrances and often get pimples. Although it had a faint smell, I didn't flush. I love that it comes with a spatula, so to speak. One can of this product lasts me about three months. It also depends on how often you use cosmetics. I liked it because while the makeup balm may be greasy, it wasn't super greasy. One or two measurements will cover the entire face. That's a fair price too. I've gone through 2 of them since last July. Also FYI, yellow has the strongest smell. I had to send it back
