I never gave feedback to the owner immediately after purchasing this item as the monitor happened to be working. Sometimes it works for a few days with no problems, but other days I can't turn it on. I only had it for 9 months and it became a big problem. I have multiple monitors and I have another brand and model identical to this one which I have had for over 2 years with no problems. I have doubts about the handling of the product and its packaging. It was not double boxed when received and could easily be bumped in transit. I hope the company gets it right and sends me a new one or covers it under warranty.
