Beautiful color and texture!
Based on the reviews and photos I was hesitant to order this paper but I'm glad I did. It's an absolutely beautiful color, almost on par with Mardi Gras Purple, just a little darker. If you need a quick hex code, #49066f is the closest I can visually determine. So it's not as dark as the seller's picture and not as light/faded as other buyer's photos. I tried to take a picture but it just didn't translate. It's a nice plum combined with eggplant and the texture is nice to the touch. As for the barcode checks, I don't know what they're complaining about. The barcode literally occupies only 1/4 inch at the bottom of the sheet, and the paper size is 8.5 x 11 with no barcode. You get what you pay for.
