I usually wear large underwear but I have these in size XL to make sure it fits. I'm glad I did. I'm a fat girl with little fat and muscle. 5'6 and 195 lbs. They fit great and are the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn! it was so easy to pull them out. does not go up or down, does not get lost, does not roll down and does not hang fat. it covers what underwear SHOULD cover. They don't have a lot of tummy control, but they do have more tummy control than your average pair of underwear. Very satisfied. They're a bit big, like granny panties, but the design makes them look semi-cute. a good choice if you are looking for comfortable underwear for every day.
