Well, there are two reasons why you buy it: it's beautiful and it's functional. And my god, it's beautiful. Do you know how often photos are faked to make them look brighter than they really are? It's not, it's beautiful. Day or night, the colors are rich, vibrant and make any laptop even more amazing. I have an HP Omen 15 Studio and it has a lot of free disk space. The beauty of a 15-inch laptop is that the entire computer is flush with the ventilation system, but here you can easily get a 17-inch laptop and both elements line up perfectly in size with nothing sagging. I like the stand system. When I'm playing a video game I don't want my computer to overheat and the space under my laptop is extremely helpful. I have a rear vent on my laptop and the hot air goes straight up and out. I would play Final Fantasy 14 and 15 on 4k settings and would be so hot it would burn my fingers but now that doesn't happen. Which brings me to the point. My computer went from hot to hot and that's a big difference when it comes to electronics. I was walking through the open world and my computer's temperature was starting to get really annoying. Now I'll be fumbling around on the laptop every now and then and it won't get anywhere near that. I agree that having all the buttons on the back is a bit annoying. In fact, instead of flipping the entire machine, you're going to pull your fingers back until you feel like it could be a button or a dial. Luckily, there's only one fan speed, so you know which ones you're touching. There's also a click on the dial when the fan is off so you know which way you're turning it. Also, it's really, really quiet. I can't tell when the fan is on unless I check and flip the switch. I was concerned that it was a single fan even though it's a big one, but I'm impressed with how cool my laptop has turned out. I cannot dispute the results. If it were a pretty RGB backlight with no real performance, this review would only be 1s long. Hopes for a 2021 model: Put the buttons aside, maybe try USB-C, since I don't use the 2nd USB port as an auxiliary power supply. (1 USB 3.0 port is great for powering the entire system so I'm making every effort to remove that ugly second cable hanging there) and add two USB-C ports (input and output) added directly to the device as a hub. USB-C really is the future, and now that you have a reliable old-school USB, there's no reason you can't sell a USB-C version.
