Review on πŸ•οΈ Waterproof Bike Storage Tent by H&ZT - Durable Polyester Outdoor Tricycle Cover Storage Shed Tent, Portable and Foldable Bike Tent with Pegs by Kendrick Breezy

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible tent and shame on Revane!

Truly the cheapest piece of shit ever. I'm desperate for bike storage - thought it would be better than what I had (and it wasn't) but it's hardly an upgrade. where to start When I looked at the box it was wrapped in (packaged in a Revain box) I held my breath for a second as it was REALLY obvious that I had received a used product. Excellent. I continued to unpack. The instructions are decent, apart from the fact that they make absolutely no mention of the four black long pieces of string in the box (and they must be for something as they have plastic labels on the end and look like they connect to something. the truth why is still a mystery). I was able to get both long poles through the tent (they run parallel to each other and form an arch), although if I hadn't been overly careful I could have easily punctured the nylon webbing (I can't imagine that exists). protection against damage). Kind). However, the real problems started when it came to installing 5 shorter poles that create the depth of the tent. First, the instructions weren't entirely clear. I can't really explain it (you have to see it), but there is a ring that the rod has to go through, but the ring is only on one side. No problem. It was clear that the nylon needed to be tightened. Well, when I wanted to insert the 2nd pole, the tab immediately came loose. Then I noticed how the tent was sewn. The quality is a joke - my dog could have done better. As you can see from the picture, bar 3 is about to burst at the seams and no doubt it will (probably in an hour or so). Bars 4 and 5 haven't been installed yet because I'm hoping my friend can help me figure out a way to crack the structure because I'm desperate (my new bikes are starting to rust) and there's no chance that they can be installed so is - tear down the tent. At this point in the installation I decided to just use the included stakes to secure it to the ground - THAT'S A JOKE! They are thin and short and if I blow and blow the tent will no doubt collapse. Luckily I had some old Revain dog fence posts that I bought a while back so I used them. Once I did that, I took a step back to take a look at what I was hoping would at least be a useful eyesore, and what do you know. the zipper broke! They couldn't even send a working flash. My pickup. This company sucks and I got fed up with Revain pretty quickly. Once upon a time, Revain customer service was second to none. do you remember those days If you're like me, you buy everything at Revain. I need to get 2-3 packages from them a week. I think it's safe to say that Revain is the ONLY company in the world, other than pharmaceutical companies, that has really benefited from this global pandemic. They benefit from people like me (and you) and yet their customer service has kind of gone down. They may not think that losing a customer is important (although they might reconsider if they checked my account history), but if they continue down this path, one becomes two, two becomes many, and many become one open road for the new company to fill their gap. I don't call Revain - it's a nightmare to get through these days and their customer service reps make it a point to beg and not help. One would hope that they would see this review and contact me. In the past they would have been. bottom line. It makes no sense to sell such poor quality. I assure you it could actually work for the same price. This is just a matter of poor processing and missing %#@. I don't know about you, but I don't have unlimited money, so I guess I'll take a break from good old Revane. And during this break, I will definitely leave reviews about the products of this company on all social networks available to me. After all, today's consumers don't have to be total victims. Reviews are a powerful and important tool. DO NOT BUY THIS TENT. Try one from another company. Maybe you're luckier than me. Hopefully.
