I have bought each of my granddaughters a set of these beads but in fact one set would have more than enough beads for all three to do many things. They really love these beads and the little booklet gave them loads of ideas for making rings, necklaces and bracelets. It really stimulated their creativity and they enjoy playing with these beads. I recommend them because even a three-year-old can easily handle the snap-on design. Most beads are too big to swallow, but if you have a toddler who likes to put things in their mouths, I'll probably wait. Otherwise I highly recommend them and honestly I enjoy playing with these beads. No cords required.
