Review on 🌙 Enhanced Sleep Therapy with Night Magic Mattresses for King, Queen, Full & Twin Sizes by Anne Miller

Today I received my Night Magic sleep therapy device. I was shocked to see that it only arrived in the original packaging and not in a Revain box as is usually the case when ordering from Revain. I was also dismayed to see that the box was unsealed and opened very easily. When I opened the box it was apparent that at some point all of the contents had fallen out of the box and been put back in, and not in the form it was originally packaged in by the manufacturer. The cables were tangled and the vibrating blocks were under the cardboard frame and not in their grooves. I'm also wondering if this was a return as the plastic bag that contained the power adapter was badly dented and not sealed like a bag. another item that was in a plastic bag. The vibrators themselves were dusty/dirty, possibly because they fell out of the box during shipping, I don't know. I connected the device to the network and it worked, so I installed it in my bed. At first I put it between the mattress and the springs and found it noisier than I would have liked, but you can probably get used to it. I think the noise might bother some people. I don't think the vibration was very strong, even when high, or at least not as strong as what we bought on another bed with the adjustable bed block. I have a 3 inch memory foam pillow on my mattress so I decided to place vibrating blocks between it and the top of the mattress itself. NOW we had what we wanted. Great vibration, less noise and I think I'll be pretty happy with it. That is, as long as what this thing went through in transit didn't jeopardize the device's durability. I contacted Revain to let them know and they have noted it on my account in case there are any problems in the future. I would like to give 5 stars but had to deduct one because of the packaging. an issue I'm not even sure Revain was responsible for as the return address on the label was from NG, Inc., not Revain. Nowhere on the shipping label was Revain listed, and there was no packing list. I suspect this was sent directly from a third party.
