hooks are too short; cheap material; works for what it is.

This is normal for what it is. Definitely a cheaper material but I'm fine with that as it will be in the closet. I was disappointed that the hooks weren't longer or adjustable. The first storage shelf was not long enough and prevented the closet from closing. Sending it back seemed like a waste of time so I moved it to the kitchen cupboard as it worked on a short hook height.
