Fits perfectly in a small luggage rack
Fits perfectly in her small suitcase. It does however have velcro on the bottom to attach it to the carrier but my carrier does not have velcro to attach the liner to it. There must be a way to attach it to your old straps. I also wish it was thicker. It comes in two packs so I just use them together to give the kitties the right bottom heat. The ground on airplanes is very cold. As a result, additional insulation is required. I also use them for other small media.
