I would have given this towel warmer a higher rating if Moen had used an older style wall fitting instead of the type supplied. If you are following the installation instructions for regular 1/2 inch drywall, the pole will not attach securely to the wall unless you attach it to the stud. You will need to turn the molly screw 12-20 full turns instead of the recommended 6-8 turns. I found this out the hard way because it was difficult to remove the end connector afterwards to get to the molly screw to tighten the threads needed to securely mount it to the wall. If I order this item again I will either use a different way of attaching the connector to the drywall or buy a Moen towel rail that uses an old style wall connector that you tighten with a set screw under the towel rail end connector that secures the towel holder. close to the wall.
