I have terrible heartburn. I tried the wedge but my back hurt and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Bought it for my king size bed. I ended up covering one of the pads with a flat sheet and just laying it on my mattress. It's very comfortable to use this way and I haven't had the 1st trace of reflux or coughing. Great product, saved me. I would highly recommend this product to GERD sufferers.
