The seller was great - not my choice. I own and have owned several Garmin products. I loved my Vivoactive 3 music headphones but broke after 2 years due to strap pins attached so I needed a new watch if I wanted to put them on my wrist rather than a pocket watch which wouldn't measure my heart rate (the watch is still full functioning). This watch is functionally the same but with a different display. I chose it because I wanted a square dial. The display is the downside. If you're young and have a keen eye, you might like this display. This is a small font and sharpness. When I'm working out, I prefer the display with larger numbers that are easier to read and always on. To extend battery life (the display uses less power compared to the Vivoactive), it uses small fonts and turns off quickly. When I try to fast forward podcasts, the display turns off before I complete the action, and then the action is canceled. So I should have bought the Vivoactive 4 for the same price and would have been much happier with my purchase decision. It looks like the Vivoactive 4 is the same watch with the old display that stays on and has a bigger font but isn't as pretty.
