My wife ordered this product to lighten dark circles and reduce puffiness. She knew that Garnier Skin Active Clearly Brighter Anti-Puff Eye Roller wasn't a concealer or a moisturizer for the eye area. This product is transparent and does not lighten the area around the eyes at all, on the contrary, it emphasizes dark circles and also causes a slight burning sensation under the eyes. Garnier isn't true when it claims it has "a cooling gel formula that lightens skin in just one application".
