You have the best products but most importantly the best customer service I have seen in these days of online shopping. I am so sorry that I can no longer buy toner from you. I just bought a toner and the printer started throwing an error. I contacted Dell for a solution. The error code suggests a solution, but the example uses the wrong printer. They don't have any specific solution for this error. If it weren't for the wonderful people at Do It Wiser I'd be stuck with a toner I can't use. I get my money back for the toner. What makes this so amazing is the current economic situation, which you could say is unlucky. I am over 60 years old. The only time I had that kind of attention was when I was shopping face to face with business owners who knew me and I knew them. It looked like a family business.
