My hands have suffered from arthritis for many years. Peeling potatoes or fruit is my least favorite activity. What a blessing it was. Watch my amateur video here. I also like that it can be powered by batteries (4 x AA - not included) or plugged into the wall. It's not too loud either. I usually have to wait for my husband to come and help me when we need potatoes. However, with this little device I can surprise him when he comes home from work by eating more potatoes or fruit. For me it is a great pleasure. I think my little helpers will want to try it too. It's that easy to use. Lets see what happens. Maybe I'll give a few friends in the same position with my own hands.
