Ordered for my 2002 K1200RS. The old lightbulb came out easily, but this one didn't go in as easily. I don't understand why, because the base of the LED looks identical to the base of the lightbulb. After getting stuck there and finally getting it out and fiddling with it some more, it finally works! This isn't my favorite flash pattern, but it's a matter of personal preference. It's legal in California and it's good. My main goal is my safety and the safety of others on the road. I love to ride. I never want to be hit. That way the drivers behind me know that I've braked and am slowing down. It seems to work. The riders behind me left more space between them and me today than I was used to. I feel a lot safer when I'm stopped in traffic. Thanks to Alla Svetova! I will recommend this product. I even help them install it. No splicing or crimping of wires, just plug and play. Update: I replaced my turn signals with LEDs. When I did that, my brake light stayed on the whole time as soon as I turned the bike on. I ordered a pack of 4 x 50W 6 ohm resistors from Revain for about $7. I connected it to the brake light power wire and connected it to ground. This solved the problem immediately. So far very happy with the purchase of these lamps!
