Review on 🎧 JLab Neon Folding On-Ear Headphones: Wired, Tangle-Free, Noise Isolating, C3 Crystal Clear Sound, Black by Trey Michaels

I originally ordered the Bluetooth version of the headphones but Revain have sent the wired version twice. I noticed there was a barcode sticker on the packaging for the Bluetooth version, but the headphones they sent were the wired version. After sending both pairs back I decided to order directly from the JLab website thinking they would send me the correct headphones, if I took the Revain out of the cycle. No! Revain seems to be taking orders from JLab so here are my THIRD pair of wired headphones when I should have gotten Bluetooth. wait, you're talking So why the five star rating? After getting my third pair of wired headphones, I took to Twitter. I tweeted this issue to both JLab and Revain and was contacted shortly thereafter by JLab's VP of Operations who took personal control of my case and received a new Bluetooth pair sent to me directly by JLab. I received them today and they are great! Lightweight, comfortable, connects to my phone instantly and has a long range. Great product and great customer service from JLab! (The problem seems to be that Revain put Bluetooth barcodes on wired headphones. Hopefully this situation will be fixed soon.) Then why the five star rating?
