Instructions show how to remove the battery. The case is very well constructed and easy to disassemble. Easy disconnection from the logic board and its output. It's cheap as expected, 18650. 2000mAh rated. I put it on a test charger that discharged and charged up to 1892mAh. Very good for a cheap general purpose battery but I doubt it will last long. Replaced with a high quality Samsung 26R. Work could be a little quieter, but overall not bad. Moves a good volume of air on both levels. The light is very bright.
