Ordered this product THREE times! The first time it came with a light platform hollowed out with a USB adapter. The second time the light bar came WITHOUT a USB adapter. Today for the THIRD time the goods came WITHOUT USB adapter. When I explained that I only needed an adapter, I was told to return the product and order a new one. This clearly doesn't work. Photomyne said "check the box". The lightweight pad came in a box thin enough for a pad - no adapter needed. Please just send me an adapter!
