I have a very bad carpal tunnel. Recently I was waking up every day with swollen hands and a very painful burning sensation. I bought a medium and measured my hand per the instructions, but since my hands swell so much and so often, I almost wish I had gotten a large one. For example I wear them before bed and when I wake up it can be a bit difficult to take them off due to the swelling and being fingerless my fingers look swollen. Although I had this problem for the first few nights, I've started wearing them to work during the day and now I no longer wake up with burning hands, so I'm really happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone suffering from or even preventing hand pain. If you use your hands a lot at work, it's good to wear these gloves. They really work wonders and have taken almost all the pain in my hands that I experienced every day. Very happy with my purchase.
