Water earplugs are uncomfortable and difficult to put in your ears. Also, the MP3 program is not that friendly. I mean; it can be handled, but just changing the song is impractical. I ran with different earplugs; and c in the first 4 km of use; One earplug just stopped working. I figured I could buy another fork that would just work; but it turns out that the socket is non-standard; It is smaller than a regular 1/8 male, so an adapter is required. Otherwise you need to find the MP3 brand and model connector. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
