Worked great. Saved a lot to program my own transponder keys. I got the regular transponder keys and took them to a locksmith to have them cut and then used Forscan to program the PATS security keys into the car. Forscan has a way to check the compatibility of new keys before reprogramming, which is a very good idea as you have to first delete ALL the keys from the system and then reprogram AT LEAST 2 keys. Otherwise the whole reprogramming will fail. So if you start with just one known good key, you don't need to delete anything before verifying it first. The forscan forum has guides on how to program PATS keys.
