Bought these shoes for hiking and walking. I really liked them the first few times I wore them! Unfortunately, about the tenth time I wore them, I kicked in the dirt. (Not submerged in water - only stepped into the mud about 2cm). When the shoes dried I was shocked to see the leather had separated from the rubber sole. The glue doesn't stick and the rear sole comes off. This is such a disappointment! I've checked the Knixmax website for customer service information but they don't seem to guarantee their product. It seems like hiking boots should be able to handle a bit of dirt. Too bad these shoes didn't last long.
