I'm in love with Acure! I struggled to find natural hair and skin care products that worked for me, and Acure was the winner in every category. However, I would like to note that for natural products, it seems more important to know your hair and skin type and choose products based on that. I had never paid attention to such things before and never had a problem, but I ran into a few Acure products that didn't quite fit initially and I thought it was because they didn't suit my hair/skin . Type. Anyway, now onto this moisturizer. I have a terrible combination of combination, sensitive and acne prone skin. To make things even more interesting, I'm also allergic to all of the active ingredients found in acne products and to an unknown ingredient that's often found in perfumes (a combination of chemicals, so the individual ingredients don't need to be reported to companies they're usually a patented formula (yay!). So I was told to only buy products for sensitive skin, no fragrances. Unfortunately, everything I've tried over the years has either left my face looking so oily and rough or given me horrible breakouts like huge, very painful pimples. So for years my skincare routine consisted of washing my face with gold soap and the occasional scrub whenever the dry skin on my cheekbones began to irritate me. I bought the Acure Brightening Facial Scrub a few weeks ago and I love it. but was also too aggressive. Also, I've mostly battled blackheads since I was a teenager and have never really done anything about it, so I decided to try this scrub instead as the red clay is really good at pulling dirt out of the pores and the scrub is a lot gentler. I use this scrub almost every day and for the first time I see a reduction in blackheads. Some places are already clean, others look better. My skin also feels so soft after using this scrub. It actually foams a bit so it can almost be used as a wash, but as my skin is really bad at the moment and I'm using the Acure facial cleansing gel and mattifying moisturizing oil just to be safe. I also use a cleansing mask once a week. My face has seriously never felt or looked so good. Thank you Acura They came to my rescue for my hair and skin!
