I had this iron for pretty much exactly 3 years until the day it killed me. Although it never leaked, I always had trouble with how it balanced (with or without water). The slightest bump on the ironing board sent it falling. Within the first week of ownership the decorative plastic on the outside is cracked and missing from falling off the ironing board. I liked the rinse function and the steam worked well until it broke. The position of the temperature control was NOT optimal, I constantly found myself sticking to the dial with my fingers when moving the iron. For the price paid I wasn't expecting much. I'm disappointed it didn't last longer. The day worked fine, the next day it doesn't heat up. It warmed up quickly when it was running, and the auto shut-off was a lifesaver.
