These slippers fit very well and are adjustable so you can find the right fit for your foot. The lining is very thick and comfortable. they are very warm in winter. Have worn them for years. Just as comfortable as more expensive slippers, but good value. However, I last ordered a pair in July and they have already failed at the bottom of the slipper, a tear has formed running through the slipper. After the last pair too early have to reorder. I hope this is a one off defect and the next pair will last longer. The return time is too far, so I just have to keep going. Would rate higher but having to order soon after the last pair is a concern. We'll have to see how the next pair wears. We have to give credit to the manufacturer for the customer service response. I was notified by email and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a spare pair. I like these slippers because they are very comfortable. I've had pairs that lasted months so I think it was just a defective product. Awaiting the arrival of a replacement pair.
