I haven't been able to reach this company to even find out how to use the remote that had no directions. The lights themselves seem to be "fine" but the quality of the light stands that came with this set take LOW quality to an entirely new LOW! They're super flimsy and were falling apart as I pulled them out of the case. I bumped into my office door while carrying one (note: I myself bumped my arm into the door, not the stand) and the entire bottom section fell off. The base of the light that mounts to the light stand is also a rubbery plastic that does not feel very secure when you tighten it. Overall, I guess I got what I paid for.
