The Dogtown team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are always very responsive to our needs and are willing to go the extra mile to help us. They have a great product and we're excited to use it. We have used several platforms and they are by far the best. I haven't found anything I dislike. If I have any issues I will contact their support team and they will make it right. We are solving our customer engagement and retention issues.
