Product arrived visibly used, no protective film, plastic packaging was torn and then knotted to shorts just crumpled inside - didn't even have to touch them! Getting more and more frustrated as this is becoming more and more common - I paid for a new product and am really disgusted to receive one that was clearly returned by someone :-(
