Review on SOLY HUX Girl's Mini Dress with Spaghetti Straps, Ditsy Floral Print, Ruffle Trim, and Tie Side Detail by Rebecca Waffles

I bought this for my slim 9 year old daughter to try out the father daughter dance. The dress is a good length and cut, however it is very loose in the bust and much lower than a young girl should wear. My daughter's nipples were almost showing. I put it on my sportier daughter and it fit her as well. It also has a bust closure, like mine, for more cleavage, which is confusing why it would be on a little girls dress.
