I have back pain all the time as well as pain in various lower back locations. I'm too old to do what I did 20-30 years ago, but I'm still doing it. I'm not sure what I was doing to my back a few weeks ago, but my pain has been constant for about 10 weeks. I have an inversion table that usually works, but not this time. I had no options and ideas, then I saw it. I've been using a lumbar support pillow for about 4 days. Back pain has decreased significantly. My office chair's front casters fall off the front edge of the mat if I slide too far forward. Using this lumbar support is actually good as it fixes my chair in place and allows more pressure on my lower back with the lumbar support cushion. I highly recommend this product.
