Review on 🌊 Hillsdale Moreno Backless Stool, Barstool, Sea White: Sleek and Stylish Seating Solution by Anurag Case

I assembled the stool and noticed that one of the parts just under the seat was missing the threaded insert. I followed the attached instructions to report the issue. A number was dialed and after 4 or 5 key presses the call was disconnected. Step 2 I went to the website as instructed in the instructions. Made an inquiry as instructed. I received a letter saying I did it wrong. So I tried to follow the instructions in the letter. The website was not fully visible. You couldn't see the first word of the instructions for each required field. The last checkbox "Consent" could not be activated. They also wanted to confirm the purchase with Revain. All of this for an 8 inch piece of wood. Terrible customer service.
