I bought this air mattress/bed after reading all the positive reviews and I'm glad I did. All the positives were spot on; inflates quickly, good quality etc. And despite some negative reviews saying it doesn't hold air, all I can say is that these folks must have stumbled upon a defective product, because mine hasn't just been deflated for at least a few months held, I even had to let out a little air. sometime.now.as far as warranty is concerned. The 2 year warranty is the main reason I am writing this review so potential buyers know they are not lying. After almost 3 months he suddenly began to lose air, although he was holding his breath the whole time. to the point where it was completely drained within a few hours. Try as I might, I couldn't find the leak, so I called them to report it. Not only were they accommodating, they kept their word on the 2 year warranty and sent me a new mattress! I've found that people insist on writing a bad review when they're unhappy with a product or service, but when they're happy with the product they don't take the time to write about their positive experience. I have a philosophy that if something is good then it is right and proper to acknowledge it, so I do it. Now let me make an offer to the company/manufacturer. They must make a version of this mattress WITH AN INFLATABLE HEADBOARD like some other air mattress manufacturers do. Your product doesn't have it - that's one of two criticisms I have of your product. First, even though you have the fastest built-in mattress pump, it's also the noisiest. Where I live there are other people who have to get up very early to go to work and when my mattress started deflating in the middle of the night I was afraid to blow it up because I was afraid that the volume would increase it would wake everyone up. My second criticism concerns the problem with the headboard. As much as I love your air mattress, I will never buy another one unless you add an air head option to some of them. Every night I had to pick up the pillows from the floor because they fell off the edge even though I had my headboard against the wall. Now I use an air mattress that has an air head as part of the bed and the difference is like night and day. I sleep better and feel much more comfortable because I don't wake up multiple times each night to pick up my pillows. I buy air mattresses all the time and if you guys made one with a headboard I would buy them again and again for the rest of my life. Many Thanks.
