Review on Xpert Dispatch Software by Jay Aukuso

I like how easy it was for us newbies (like myself) at this type of job just getting in there feet wet during our first month or two! The system does get glitchy sometimes but they are always working hard towards fixing them so we don't have problems too often anymore!! It's difficult when you're not used/familiar wth using some features since everything has changed from manual labor days. We had way more issues than benefits after switching over due mostly because no one knew what anything did yet lolol But now everyone knows their stuff pretty well which helps greatly. ! If i were still running my own shop id totally jump ship right away haha Just do yourself an immense favor if your looking into any kind fo computerized work order tracking program go ahead & try em out see whats best suited FOR YOU. !! I like how easy it is to use and how the system is set up for your business. The customer service from Xpert Dispatch has been great! They are always willing to help you in any way they can. It's expensive but if you need an excellent solution then this is the one to go for. If you don't have the budget for this product then I would look at another option. Fleet Management.
