: I have since heard that some manufacturers are requiring "anti-flicker capacitors". BMW is one of them. I also read that Dodge might need them. Ordered a pair and will update when they arrive and are installed! 9008/H13 Anti-Flicker Capacitors - Error Code Compensation Capacitor (1 pair) 1 Everything was simple and really good for them until I installed them and saw how bright they are. then I noticed the flickering. :/ I ordered a replacement set hoping it was just a defective shipment but the second one was the same. I am sorry. Mine were for a 2013 Mini Cooper S.
