I'm not going anywhere, ever...
I bought these to make my own wig wall and they were just what I needed. However, I tried to remove one of these from my wall until the paint and, I think, the top layer of drywall came off. They should not be removed. They will persist until you attempt, with considerable physical force, to pry off these suckers. Make sure you place it exactly where you want it because it's not going anywhere unless you bring paint and drywall. So if you're looking for something reliable that will never let you down, then this is it.
