My son is 5'4' and approximately 165 lbs. His build is fairly fit and the suit fits like a glove. We purchased a medium and it was roomy but also form fitted. He received all kinds of compliments for the suit itself. The pants also have an elastic band that allows 3-5 inches of more room.
