It's really cute and made from really nice, durable cotton. But it works a little. And this is the kind of cotton that tends to shrink after washing. So I'll give it an A for attractiveness and comfort and a C for fit. Plan on going up a size if you have a chubby baby. The front pocket is amazing and the zipper provides easy access to get dressed. The buttons are also perfect for changing diapers. They are suitable for both boys and girls. Not sure why it's marked for girls.
