Terrible directions and customer service
All I want to know is do I have to cut this GD thing in half with scissors OR do I have to sit cross legged for an hour. I tried calling customer service and emailing them (with a picture) but no response. So disappointing. The instructions say to wear socks so I cut them up? If a kind user could help the girl I would be so grateful. But overall the customer service of this brand is zero out of 5 stars.
