Wrong colour! for bags, covers and cases

I've been wanting a new bag for my computer for a long time and finally got one. I loved this super cute floral case and matching tote bag at a price I thought couldn't be beat. It arrived, I opened it and all the excitement evaporated. The carrying case was correct, the computer case itself and the keyboard protector were just black, no colors, nothing. Only black. It wasn't even included when ordering. There weren't even any other color options, cute flowers were the only option. So how do you screw it up? Super annoyed to say the least.
