Having very fine hair that can still get greasy easily, I can be very picky about shampoos. Moisturizing shampoos are one of the types of shampoos that I usually have to avoid because they make my hair too heavy and get dirty too quickly. However, I need something that doesn't dry out my hair. This shampoo is perfect for my hair. It cleans very well and leaves a feeling of cleanliness for several days. Don't load me up with all the weighted oil some will leave behind. It also doesn't dry my hair out at all. Leaves my hair and scalp clean, healthy and looking great. I especially love how soft my hair gets. This shampoo has a very mild masculine scent but is very mild. It's the scent I only smell when I wash my hair, not the one that lingers after washing it off. Not in the least overwhelming. Just a very light scent that reminds me a bit of a high quality men's aftershave. To use it, it's much easier to lather it up with your hands and then apply the lather to your hair. It's very easy to make and you'll get more than enough without the bar of soap melting on you too quickly. While this bar of soap is perfect for men, it also makes a great shampoo for women. Should be suitable for most hair types.
