I have a sore throat and need a deep tissue to work the knots for relief. I am off any opioid based plan. I've had countless injections and surgeries to no avail. That's a beast. I will say follow the seller's instructions. Do not use for more than 10 minutes at a time and continue to use once a day. Thanks to the people who invented this, I've struggled with pain for many years and it helps get rid of it for a while. The application is normal, it is easy to understand and use. More finger control is welcome. For example, I want the fingers to stay longer on the side of the neck than on the back. All in all this thing is amazing, treat it with respect like any other medical device and you too can enjoy the relief it brings.
