Review on 🔆 Germicidal Home Sterilization Disinfection Using Ultraviolet by Casey Murphy

UV disinfect works as advertised but selectable 'timer' functions don't work AT ALL. After pressing the ON button on the remote control once, the light only stays on for 15 minutes. The light does not turn on when one of the timer buttons is pressed, contrary to the included instructions. I was curious about those fake UV lamps so I also took some petri dishes and did an amateur science experiment with my saliva in 4 dishes and subjected 2 dishes to 2 standard sessions of 15 minutes about 1 foot apart and then let them all stand provisionally Incubator for 4 days. The plate on the left of the photo was not exposed to UV light and clearly shows some growth, while the plate on the right of the UV light showed no growth at all (this is the reflection seen in the agar).
