I've ordered some cat beds and houses that promise to fit a big kitty but don't fit my big kitty. I have a huge kitten that weighs 17 pounds and is at least partially Maine Coon. He's big, fluffy and cute. In any case, he's trying his best to get into those closed houses, but he just can't get in. Big disappointment for everyone. He REALLY fits into this one! And he's so happy to be a part of it! Great house. Easy to assemble. He also likes the scratchy surface on the top. It fills every inch inside, but it fits. I'm so glad it has a high ceiling inside because I don't think it would fit if it didn't. Great article. Looks nice too - very modern and looks great in our living room.
