The fact that all the banners had to be hand tied to be ready for use didn't really bother me. But I INTENDED that the SUPER THIN tape would begin to unravel and tear WHEN I APPLIED THE BANNERS. If you know the ribbon they use for balloon bouquets, they want you to use the same ribbon for indoor and outdoor banners. Then the loose ends of the ribbon begin to cling to the hard felt. When things get better, cut the holes about 1/8 inch from the edge, maybe less. A slight pull and the hole rips because it is felt. Failure to do what needs to be done - I didn't even try to hang them.
