It's quite a beautiful design and I'm really impressed with how durable the necklace design is considering it has some pretty subtle details. It doesn't look like it will break into thinner pieces, which is great. I would say based on the unique design and material it's worth the price. This is a very complex construction for key generation. My mom loved it for her birthday. Compared to many other necklaces, this is a unique design for a small, simple piece. It's just solid gold with no gems. Compared to the picture, the necklace is pretty much what is shown. The key is not too big but quite noticeable compared to other necklaces. The chain is not easy to break, but still be careful not to get caught. The hinges on the key look pretty good and look very pretty. The material does not cause skin irritation, but always consider what type of metal you are dealing with if you are allergic. However, it should be noted that brushing is a bit of a nuisance. If you want to clean this I would recommend using a sonic cleaner to keep it clean. It penetrates the folds more easily and protects against tarnishing. Overall I think this is a great gift for someone with a very nice design. I think the price is worth it for the design alone. It's great for everyday wear and everyday use.
