I follow the curly girl method and bought five of these caps to protect my hair and keep my curls in place while I sleep. They are of good quality. I have 2b/c thick fine baby like hair below my collarbone and all my hair fits into these caps leaving room. Inside gray polyester satin, very smooth and silky. The outer fabric content will vary depending on the color you purchase. In my photos, the solid blue cap is made of sports fabric that wicks away moisture. Like the leggings, the white polka dot hat is made of cotton spandex. The three patterned hats in the bottom row are made of viscose, very silky and stretchy. I didn't want to pay twice as much for a Grace Eleyae hat and was hoping these hats would be a good alternative. you really!
